Applicant data - online applications

If you want to provide us with your application documents, please send them exclusively to the following email address:

Application documents sent to other email addresses will not be considered and will be deleted immediately. We store application documents for a maximum of 3 months after acceptance or rejection.

Furthermore, we use your personal data only to a limited extent for advertising/marketing purposes or for opinion polls. (For a more detailed description of the extent to which your personal data is used, please refer to the section "Advertising/Marketing and opinion surveys").

To the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose of the personal information collected, your personal information may also be collected, stored, processed and transferred to affiliated companies, provided that processing is necessary for the aforementioned intended purpose; and transferred to third parties as suppliers of LNW-Soft GmbH, although these suppliers may be located outside the European Economic Area.

In the event that LNW-Soft GmbH plans to transfer your personal information to third parties outside of the European Economic Area, LNW-Soft GmbH will protect your information from being transferred, for example by entering into EU model clauses specifically designed for such cases, to ensure an adequate level of protection of your personal information.

Advertising / Marketing and opinion polls

If the personal information you have provided us with contains lists or other data overviews that only refer to your membership in a category of persons, your profession, name, title, academic degrees, address and year of birth, we will only use this personal information to the extent necessary to advertise our own products, for marketing purposes and opinion surveys.

LNW-Soft GmbH may conduct surveys either directly or in cooperation with a market research institute. Collection of access data and log files

LNW-Soft, respectively our hosting provider, raises on the basis of our legitimate interests in terms of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO data about every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, transferred data volume, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited site), IP address and the requesting provider.

For security reasons (e.g. to clarify misuse or fraud), this log file information is stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes is excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.
